I've decided to abandon this blog in favor of a newer, more experimental hypertext form of writing. Come over and see the new place.

His Satanic Majesty's Request

This might be the highlight of my blogging career: getting called "palpably satanic" by a pinhead at One Cosmos.

Although if I am one of the Devil's sockpuppets, you'd think I'd have more readers. At least I'm in good company.

I don't know about that "palpably satanic" riff. It seems a wee bit over dramatic. Nudnik or anti-mensch might be a better fit. ;-)

Relax. It is a technical term, not an insult. Whereas the luciferian is opposed to the light, the satanic has to do with the subversive aspect of the centrifugal existential power. Rather than being hostile to the light, representatives of this force advance doctrines that revere the darkness. Thus, you have reason to be proud.

Perhaps I should have used a less loaded term, such as "diabolical."

Oh. Well, thanks for clearing that right up. You have illuminated my endarkitude, or something.
